We have used the same HVAC company (****** Electric, Heating and Cooking, Inc) on Morristown TN for the past 2 years to service out HVAC system, however this past October 8, 2024 we called ****** because we hade no heat, they sent out a technician who diagnosed the problem to be the burners not working properly., the technician ordered the parts, his service call was $70.00, we have not heard a word from the technician since. I call ****** a few times each month and got no expected delivery date for the parts, most recent January the week of January 6th 2025.
I am 79 years old my wife is 78, I am recovering from back surgery the average temp in our house is 59, we went out and bought oil heaters one for each room, in an attempt to keep the house tolerable warm, the most significant thing these heaters have done is increase our average winter electric bill from an average of $138. to $298.77. We would never recommend ****** to anyone. Right now we are doing our best to prepare for a winter storm forecast for the next 3-4 days with temperatures of 9 degrees or less, right now we hope we survive!!
