      NO STARS I have a patient that has been waiting over a year for his prosthetic. I have other patients that have had this type of prosthetic completed in 2-6 months. They are very difficult to reach and when I do get a response, it's not a response. I am only told, they will call me back. Which they never do. I am having to consistently reach out via phone and email asking for updates. My patient has complained that they do not call him back and he left message for 3 months before they called back. I will never use them for any of my patients again. This was the worse experience I have had with a prosthetic company. The prosthetist should know the negative effects on a patient when they do not have their prosthetic. They are hurting this patient more than helping and once this is completed he will not be returning for services. I would suggest using an alternate prosthetic company as this one has only hurt my patient vs help.
