From start to finish, Quality RRC roofing went beyond my expectations. They were critical in helping my claim navigate through channels with my insurance company to make sure I got the best outcome possible. In addition, their team did excellent work on my roof and did a great job in cleanup. Highly recommend them.

I had a small repair on my 7-year-old garage that was not worth putting through an insurance claim. Chris came out within 24 hrs and gave me a free estimate. He told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a written estimate on the same day. Chris and Jordon came out and made the repairs needed. They did exactly what they said they would do at the price I was quoted. Roof looks great and clean up was excellent. I have not found any nails or debris left behind. Chris & Jordan helped thru the entire process. My insurance company did nor want to replace a 20 year old roof. Chris asked me if I agreed , and I said no. Chris & Jordan came out a second time, too additional pictures, sent to insurance company, met the insurance adjuster a second time and convinced them to replace the entire roof. The clearly explained the paper work, process with the insurance company, and schedule.
Quality also has a in-house sheet rock & paint repair person. Kyle set up an appointment to come and repair the damaged sheet rock to my 20 ft. ceiling,, He painted the entire ceiling and part of the wall. The paint match was perfect and you can't tell any thing was damaged.
This was the best contractor experience I have ever had, every one involved with the project was professional, did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it.Quality Roofing, Restoration & Construction, Inc.

5 starsWhen our home was hit with a tornado, we used Quality RRC to come and help us with our roofing needs. Russell came out the same day and took his time going over everything with us, what to expect, and how everything worked.
He was also present to meet with our insurance agent and negotiate a total roof replacement (when they initially only agreed to a partial repair). Russell was available throughout the entire process and did a fantastic job keeping us informed and updated. Once the job was complete, he came back to make sure everything was done correctly.
I highly recommend both this company and Russell for their attention to detail, overall knowledge, and just being on our side though out this difficult time for us. Things could not have gone better!Review fromLisa W

After the recent storms in March 2023, I was referred to Trevor and Quality RRC by a neighbor. Trevor came out the same day I called him and made a temporary repair until we can get our roof replaced. Other companies I called told me it would be two to three weeks before they could help me. Trevor was very professional and gets 5 plus stars for customer service.Quality Roofing, Restoration & Construction, Inc.
