Scott K***** and Koala Capital are the best to work with! We bought a new trailer for our business and used Koala for financing. It was a great experience. We now use them as a preferred lender for our machine sales business. I highly recommend them.

Be aware of this company, they charge fees without Providing a service they took $5800 out of my account without authorization and then took another $1500. They are a total scam company. They will tell you they cannot tell you what your loan amounts with interest rate will be until after they get all your information by then they’re already going to charge you fees for doing loan docs. By the time I figured out what my interest rate was going to be which was going to be $40,000 over nine month. With $20,000 monthly payments I told him I could not afford that and that I would go with another company. Little did I know they planned on keeping my $5800 as well as charging me $1500 for Writing up loan documents. They did return the $5800 to my account but told me they are keeping the $1500 which is theft. They took the money unauthorized and without me knowing any terms. They told me they were working from home and could give me interest rate later but assured me it was going to be low. I had to go with another company and did not know anything about the loan until after they already had all of my information. Save yourself a lot of headache and go with your local credit union because these guys are sharks. They are not a bank. They have investors that charge you high interest rates and pray on desperate people as well as charge you for drawing up documents, even though you may not use their company.

We are sorry to hear *** ********** concern the services we provided for processing her file were not free. Ensuring transparency of our process and fees to facilitate funding a transaction is very important to us. An email summary was sent to *** ******** with the attached documentation on 11/24/23 outlining all that transpired and help assist her around the misinformation she posted. First, we cannot provide terms without the customer's credit information. We provided *** ******** terms within 24 hours, in writing, in email, outlining all term options available for terms 24-48 months maximum based on the 10-year age vehicle she wanted us to finance. In a pricing email (see attached), we disclosed to *** ******** the $1,195.00 in processing (fees) to facilitate the documentation and funding process of her transaction. It was communicated the processing would entail coordinating with several departments and third parties, which include (but not limited to) final credit review, ordering applicable personal credit and business credit reports, final underwriting review, vehicle appraisal(s), asset review, ordering/organizing titling/tax instructions with her local DMV, ordering all applicable finance and titling documentation through our document(s) service, coordinating final invoice and payment instructions with the vehicle seller, coordinating seller title & funding instructions, providing prepaid courier services to send out the original customer and seller documents, and ordering the applicable insurance certificate(s)." After providing *** ******** term options in email, we're required to re-confirm the customer understands the terms. The terms were forwarded to the *** ******** a second time in a formal "proposal fee agreement". *** ******** executed the fee agreement (see attached), signed, initialed, dated, keyed in her business bank account information, and authorized the documentation fees and advance payment to be transacted. After *** ********* executed the proposal fee agreement; she was updated we would be requesting final underwriting approval and would be moving to next steps by coordinating with the applicable third parties and departments we work with to facilitate funding the vendor/seller she selected. *** ********* had additional specific questions about the terms and what the overall payments would look like for each term option. *** ********* confirmed she "understood" and instructed us to move forward with her final documentation package, where *** ******** was presented terms a third time. *** ******** signed, dated, and completed all finance documentation and had the documents notarized. *** ******** used our overnight courier services to send the executed original documents package out to our funding department. After we had facilitated the processing and were at the end ready to fund the seller, *** ******** told us she was not moving forward as she "found a family member to give a personal loan". Based on the program she qualified for the base/payment she signed and agreed to was $2499.00/+tax/month, not "$20,000.00 per month". She was not being charged "$40,000.00" in fees in 9 months or even close to that amount for your entire term (see attached). She had originally wanted us to fund two vehicles; we told her we could only approve one of them. We offered to send *** ********* change amendment paperwork to fund the other vehicle, she declined. After reaching out to *** ******** for several weeks to see if she would want us to fund the other vehicle, and with no response from *** ********, we refunded the customer's $5,800.00 down payment on our own accord, not at *** *********** request. After funds were credited to *** ********** business account she emailed screenshots of the $5,800.00 credit on 11/23/2023 not understanding we were "crediting" your account, not "debiting. Once *** ********* realized her mistake she demanded we also return the $1195.00 processing fee (which she is misstating we charged $1500.00) (see attached ACH receipt). *** ********* demanded if we didn't provide her services for free and refund the processing fee she would post negative information about our company on the internet. We have real costs and consideration out on *** ********** file with a significant amount of our time invested on her behalf. If her intent was to use our services while working on various back-up options, we wish *** ********* have been forthcoming before we spent the processing costs and man hours to facilitate her file for funding. . We are also confused as to why *** ********* would expect free services from us after reviewing her own interaction with her customers wanting free services. ************************************************************************************************************. We're disappointed *** ********* is dissatisfied with the services we provided, but "processing fees" are industry standard and required to process the transaction.
