    0 Stars please! Hayden in the Service Center was SO horrible to me that I hung up the call crying and reaching out to an attorney. NO ONE should be treated that way!! I called because Ford has a recall on my car for putting FAULTY parts in my car when it was manufactured. I spoke with someone at ***** **** and they gave me the number to Ford Roadside. Ford Roadside still made me pay $179 to have my car towed from the mechanic I initially took the car to who diagnosed the issue to the closest dealership, which was Two Rivers Ford. Now I see why ****** ********** told me to call ***** and didn't mention Two Rivers. When I called to let them know it was coming and spoke with Hayden, he told me that he wouldn't be able to even look at my car for at least 30 days and that I was out of luck on getting any kind of rental or courtesy car. He was rude and asked me why I didn't just take my car to ***** ****. I explained but he continued to be rude and standoffish. He tried to hang up without even getting my name and number to contact me knowing my car was headed to him! When I talked to the tow truck driver he even said that he doesn't know how Two Rivers Ford is still in business with the way that they treat customers in the service department.

    Hello. My name is Tammy and I am the Customer Relations Manager at Two Rivers Ford. We are so sorry that you are upset and we would like to explain how the diagnostic process works. Because you purchased the vehicle somewhere else, as well as had the issue diagnosed somewhere else, we relayed to you that we would need to set up an initial diagnostic appointment. It is our policy to diagnose the vehicle ourselves with our Ford Certified technicians, before we agree to fix it. We understand that it's frustrating to have to wait, however our first diagnostic appointment is 30 days out. We also understand that you wanted a loaner car when you called in that day, but because you have never been a customer of Two Rivers Ford (in either sales or service) we were unable to meet that request. We apologize if our answers and our service process were upsetting to you.

    The Service Department was not helpful at all and lied to me about my Transmission coming from there. They said it didn't when it did because ******* ***** bought it from them to put in my Ford Escape and My transmission tore up under the 3 year/unlimited mile warranty. They said they didn't sell it but they did and they had the original invoice and I have access to it, My vehicle has been tore up for over a year now due to them refusing to fix it and honor the warranty but The Ford Motor Company was nice enough to tell me to call other Ford Dealerships for help and so I did and the new Dealership is going to fix it and the Warranty is paying for it. I am very upset with Two Rivers Ford and since I have been out of a vehicle for over a year and now my husbands truck is tore up so I do believe that because of all the run around I got and had to continue to make my payments on a vehicle I couldn't drive the least Two Rivers Ford could compensate me for lying to me and provide us with a rental vehicle until we can either fix my husbands truck or wait until the new Ford Dealership receives the Transmission and puts it in my Ford Escape.

    Hi *****. Since no marketplace transaction has occurred between you and Two Rivers Ford, there is really nothing that we can do to help you with your issue. Since you purchased the vehicle from ******* *****, it would be that dealer's responsibility to respond to any complaint that you may have. We understand that they are no longer in business, and we understand your frustration, but since you have not purchased anything directly from us, there is very little we can do. We wish you all the best in getting this matter resolved.

    Gary M***** was the absolute best salesman I've ever had in my life. He was so helpful in every way. I've never had a vehicle purchase be so easy. He went above and beyond and literally did everything for me. I felt like I was the queen for the day. No joke, ask for Gary M*****, you will never regret it. Thank you Gary for everything...

    If all salesman would sell like Gary M*****, a lot more vehicles would be sold. He didn't bombard me at all.
