    Never use this company. They were to come to my house for an estimate in April. He had the gall to say he came to my house, but didn’t and I was there working in my office that overlooks my driveway. He offered to come back that Thursday and never did. What happened to honesty and integrity. If you didn’t want to do the job… just say so… but no he kept saying he came by and would be back. I would not recommend this company Downs Tree Service, Paul Hamburg (as on the card he left in my mailbox a couple times) to anyone. Not a very reputable or trustworthy company in my eyes. “Just be honest”.

    The BEST tree service we have ever used. From the moment they showed up, early in the morning, the crew worked non-stop all day long. Professional and meticulously cleaning up after themselves, and was so appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful job Mr. Johnny and crew, we will definately use you in the future ! **** ********* Lebanon, TN
