    I placed an order with this ** on 11.29.24 (#****). Shipping was promised in 3-6 days. My credit card was charged 12.2.24. I have emailed 3 times for and update and finally for a request to cancel and receive a refund. No response. I sent a ******** message 12.14.24 and received a response that they would check. No further response. I called the number on the BBB site. No answer. No phone number is listed on the website.

    The order was placed on 11/29/24 with a ship window of 6 days.  An automatic email was sent on 12/3 stating the product was on back order.  Another automatic email was sent on 12/10 stating the product was on back order.  Customer reached out and a refund was issued on 12/15.

    I did not receive either of the follow-up emails stating that the product was on back order. The only communication O received was the initial order confirmation and a well check on this. on fb messenger. I did receive the refund only after BBB reached out. Thank you.

    I ordered a product and my credit card was charged in late April. I have inquired as to the status of my order or a refund on 3 separate occasions and have yet to receive any response at all. Pathetic.

    The product ***** purchased is on backorder.  He purchased on 4/28/24.  He was sent an email from Shopify on 5/10/24 indicating the out of stock status.  He was refunded and the order canceled on 5/19/24.

    I placed an order with this company on 12/24/22 I have not received my order but they took my money, they show its been shipped on Feb 3 they have a tracking number but the *********** is still waiting for The Southern Sauce ** to bring the package to them. They will not answer any of my emails. Can u help?

    The customers order was placed and shipped.  The shipping method was by the US ***********.  It was dropped off at the *********** in ******* with other shipments but has never shown any tracking and it has not been returned by the USPS.  We issued them a refund and reshipped the missing product them them free of charge.
