We have only good things to say about our experience with Roscoe Brown, Inc. They have been coming to our home to service our heating and AC units for 20 years. Each Tech sent out has been respectful and acknowledgeable on the systems they are working on. Jack C. was today's Tech and as always, a great person to have representing the Roscoe Brown, Inc office.

We’ve used Roscoe Brown for over 20 years on our primary home and rental properties. We’ve always had excellent service! Recently (on Christmas Eve) we had to call in with a heating issue. I spoke to Susan (who seems to work 24/7/365) and she was kind and expedient in getting us an appointment. RB sent a wonderful tech (Nathan S) to our home first thing in Christmas morning to take care of us. The issue was not a mechanical problem at all but resulted from an additional space we added overloading the system. Nathan was nice enough to explain our options and what we could do to help with the problem until we could upgrade our system.
Roscoe Brown is not the cheapest option around but I will always recommend them over less expensive companies based on their quality, knowledge and responsiveness!Roscoe Brown, Inc.
