    DO NOT LIVE HERE!
    My husband and I moved in to this complex and we were having issues with the downstairs neighbors being too loud and partying, blasting music and being belligerent drunk most days of the week. I went to the office to make a formal complaint and come to find out that none of my complaints were even recorded. The complex was recently bought out by a new management company and the original office staff I spoke to was no longer with the company. When I brought my concerns to the new complex staff, they did not do anything to help us so we had to take matters into to our own hands which resulted in us having to call the cops. We have an infant and didn’t feel safe in the apartment anymore so we had to move sooner than we anticipated due to the complex’s negligence. When we asked them to help waive the lease breaking fee or at least cut it in half, they did not help us at all. We did not feel safe, we were not heard and it took them over a month to respond to me despite me emailing them and leaving voicemails. They do not care about their residents!!! They over charge and are not empathetic whatsoever.
