We are a business selling consumables to other businesses. Hop Springs ordered and received stretch film. Our invoice to Hop Springs was dated 7/21/23 for $4,978. After the order was processed they requested terms. We allowed installments on the balance owed as they had ordered from us in the past. We followed up monthly and sent a certified letter dated 10/24/23. Installments were made sporadically (approx. quarterly) but all communications have been terminated as of last installment on 3/11/24. We emailed 3/18 & 4/18/24. On 5/22 we spoke to *******************. He said he would speak to ****** about paying the balance. On 5/30 we left a voicemail for *********************. We sent a certified letter on 5/31 with receipt and still have not had contact with them. They still owe $1,000, which they don't intend to pay. I would like a complaint filed and shown on their report. This is a company that has ordered in the past with us, for the same material. They don't even have the courtesy to respond.

I bought tickets for a concert at Hop Springs (confirmation number M3Y237779) that was supposed to be held on October 11, 2023. After waiting for about 2 hours, we were told the concert was canceled. Upon leaving the parking area, we were told that our parking charge would be refunded automatically to the card which is was charged on. As of today (1/8/24), we have NOT received refund ($15). Concert tickets were refunded promptly.I've email ************************* 8 times (11/19, 11/26, 12/6, 12/7, 12/11{2}, 1/5, and 1/8). I have copies of all emails sent. I've also called 4 times according to my phone history (12/6, 12/7, 12/11, and 1/8).I know that this is not for much money, but I'm frustrated that they stated that the refund would happen and keep telling me that they need the last 4 digits of my card to find out why it wasn't refunded (I've provided the number 3 times).

I wanted to send an update. Hop Springs DID finally refund the transaction, after I sent them a note stating that I had filed a complaint with the BBB. While this took far too long to resolve over something that shouldn't have been this complicated, I am satisfied with the resolution. I will simply no longer do business with this venue.

    Thanks!
