    I had a home warranty with Home Secure. I do not believe they are a legitimate company. My water heater stopped working. I contacted Home Secure and they referred me to a plumbing company (Deer Valley Plumbing) to do a diagnostic only appointment to find out what was wrong with the water heater. I had to pay for that service ($75). The plumber called Home Secure to advise them the heating element failed. When I called them to find out the status of the claim they said it was denied due to sediment build up. The plumbing company was addement that was NOT the issue with the water heater.I called many times and spoke to many managers because I couldn't find anywhere in the contract that my claim could be denied for sediment build up which wasn't even the issue. Finally I called to cancel the policy and ******** ******* advised me my claim should not have been denied because there is no such clause in the contract. She said my claim would be reviewed and a claims officer would call me back. No one ever did. After more failed attempts to make contact I proceeded to canceled the policy and they continued to charge my bank account $129.88 monthly. I am requesting a full refund of $2,472.52 due to the fact that this company is not operating in good faith. I believe they operate their business unethical.
