    I ordered a sofa & chair from Jon & chair came broke & the men who delivered said it wasnt working. The sofa came & material was wrinkled on back, foot rest seat, it is zero gravity for my husband who has terminal lung disease.They were to deliver & both men said issues with both pieces. They left sofa stating the back , bottom & foot rest they could order replacements. This was end of January. When I ordered they had both pieces here in two weeks. They said they had to re-order a chair & order parts for sofa. I called today , they stated April 9th getting shipped to them & then appointment to get here. I advised them today both pieces have issues, I didn’t pay money for products with issues, two broken pieces waiting 2 months & now longer for my husband .The reply Cory (I believe ) today said have your husband sit his butt on other side & our furniture isn’t junk & I replied WHAT? He corrected himself and said they aren’t junk they have issues and we don’t refund. I’m appalled at this company’s manner of dealing with customers & want full refund and damaged sofa picked up. I would NEVER recommend using this company . My daughter has known Jon. I went on her recommendation & for someone to say tell my husband to sit on other end and we have no other chair to sit on is appalling. Now the end messed up is clicking when reclining .The box was smashed on side couch is damaged & the delivery men acknowledged that & said probably why its all pulled & wrinkled. I’m asking for them to pick up their sofa, I don’t want any of it I don’t trust this company especially if something goes wrong with the pieces whenever they decide to bring them which will be another month. I filed complaint with them & if I don’t hear asap I will take it up with our attorney at our office in Murfreesboro, but I want to give them a chance pick up & refund. ****** ****

    We will contact *** **** and discuss a time that we can pick up the sofa. After we have picked up the sofa will will issue the refund. We will no long communicate with ******. She has exaggerated the situation to fit her narrative and has put words in our mouths that were just not said. She has threaten us with a lawsuit and has explained to us many times about her importance in the town of Murfreesboro as an investigator (of which I don't think has any relevance to this situation). We respect and appreciate *** ****** service as Veteran and we sympathize with his illness and wish him no more angst pertaining to this wrinkled sofa.

    I had bought a bed frame set july 15 2024. when i ordered it online it just said pickup available at this location and nothing about when it would be available for pickup or having to have it shipped there. Well, I got a call a few day later and they were telling me it wouldn’t be in for another 3-4 weeks. I wasn’t expecting to wait that long for a new bed frame because my current one is about to fall apart on me at any minute. I decided I would still give them a chance and when i picked up the item August 9th, the footboard was cracked and the headboard was chipped. I got a call from the GM Corey on the 13th and he said he might be able to get the foot board but he wasn’t sure about the head board because “somebody might have damaged it”. He quickly tried to say “i’m not necessarily saying you,” but after that i was honestly just really mad and upset about that. i had called him later that day to just try and get a refund so i can go out and buy something else so i don’t have to worry about sleeping on my own bed but he refused. Now it’s monday the 19th and he got the replacements but said he can’t bring them until friday the 23rd. At this point I just want my money back so I can choose somewhere else to shop because I did not like the tone I got about damage caused by this company for a $450 bed set I had ordered.
