    I ordered about 1400 dollars worth of materials from this business and sent in snother 500 dollar part to have repaired in July. 7 weeks later and no contact from business or explanation. Apparently the business has shut down and just left its customers out to dry and out of their money.

    My wife and I tried to purchase injectiors from Swamps diesel performance and they took our card number and our money and have not shipped us any parts and have not returned any calls. The purchase was made May 3, 2022 and now the company says they are out of business on their webpage and their ******** page is also gone. I would like to get a refund because we have a baby due in five weeks and I've been waiting months to fix the truck that's never going to get fixed because they've been lying to us. Thank you

    Paid 1307.30 on 7/01/2022 via ***** for a set of injectors. Was informed on 7/21/2022 by a company representative that they are declaring bankruptcy and won't be sending my products or a refund.

    Ordered injectors they said they needed to be built there 3-4weeks out get them 9 weeks later and they never sent my other parts I ordered to finish the job not to mention injector solenoid is cracked there "injector specialist" says it's fine wouldn't know since still waiting for parts Keep calling goes to voice mail for 2 weeks Finally get ahold of them they say the parts are at there place they'll ship them out right away Week and half later still no parts call again no answer no shipping info on email Ordered parts April X XXXX still don't have everything Wouldn't recommend buying anything here.

    On 2/14/22 I placed an order over the phone for a set of 8 injectors for a 7.3l paying $1263.00 as well for a hydra tuner. The hydra tuner for some reason was never ordered and they ended up thinking i ordered something else but wasnt charged for it. On 4/19/22 my card was finally charged for the tune but the wrong one. some time in June I believe it was straightened out that on what tuner I ordered and they said it would be here next week(at the time). they also told me they had me down for the wrong one so it would be $100.00 more I said that is fine what ever it takes. On 7/8/22 I was charged $1100.00 for the core charge($1000.00) and the rest of the money for the tuner($100.00). The agreement was that if I didnt send in my cores after 30ish days after I received my injectors I would be charged the $1000.00. The same day I got the injectors I sent the old ones off.( I even paid the $35.00 for the shipping label from swamps) I was charged the core charge anyways months later and have been in contact with them sense the charge was noticed. They continue to tell me it will be resolved but I seem to only get empty promises from them. With my tuner not showing up sense I ordered them when they have told me they are in stock. All I want is my core refunded ASAP and my order for my tuner shipped to my door ASAP. This is all the result of bad management and a less than competent financial department. I ordered my goods from swamps due to there more than par reputation for being the best and all I'm receiving is a SHAFT.

    On January 5th 2022 i purchased a Injector Control Module (***) for my 2001 **** ********* for $****** I paid for Shipping & Handling: for $***** with a hold discount of -$****** making my total $****** with a returnable $****** core charge once they received my core. I called every few weeks to get an update and was told they were having problems getting parts or labor issues or any number of things. I had a drop dead date for install of 7/7/22 in preparation for a long haul with my truck. As I started to press and request that they ship my new *** I was told it was coming. They then told my their test unit failed and would not be able to send my new ***. I then requested that they purchase their competitors *** and send them my core and have it to me by the 7/7/22 date. With that request they called me and let me know that it would be at my home by 6/30/22. It never showed and I think that they have gone out of business or have filled for bankruptcy as I can't get a hold of anyone.
