      Base of porches needs to be redone. Monkey grass and Japanese maple tree were killed from chemicals. Clean up was not done well. Still much clean up needed. Questioned salesman about extra sand to keep a non slip surface. Said it would be done. August 16th slipped on porch. Brain atrophy , pulled muscles in back and ribs. Still seeking treatment for injuries. 4 soaker hoses were ruined.

      We have tried multiple times to contact this customer and the customer is not answering our calls or text messages.  The installer that performed the work, who happens to be our VP of Production in the area, indicated that the customer was thrilled with the floor the day of the install.  Our VP of Production has tried multiple times to reach the customer and no answer.  

      What do we need to do to have this complaint removed as it is not serious enough to warrant a response call or text from the customer?

      It has been more than a week and we are still not able to get ahold of the customer or received a response.  Again, we would love to resolve this issue but without a response from the customer we are not able to assist.  

      What is the next steps in this process.
