Terrible experience. 1 star is ONLY for trainers as they are excellent. Extremely predatory business model. Heavy pressure to upsell membership, hidden costs to be able to use their workout model, lots of promises that when you read small print they have loopholes out of providing, worst capitalistic experience. Do not trust them. Extremely unhappy and now out money too. Heart monitor is extra fee, not included in membership- they didn't tell me this until I had signed membership paperwork and they had charged me for 1st month. Website makes it seem like you can try for 30 days and get your money back if not satisfied. In reality, you have to have purchased the premier membership only and attended 12 sessions in 1st 30 days to get money back. I was upsold for a free next month, however, my free next month is forfeited since I canceled nor would they refund my money. They were not willing to work with me at all nor attempt any type of customer service.
