    I hired Helton Fence to do a 9 ft. Privacy fence around my entire property and with a covered front and back deck and a deck on my pool. I met with Jarrett H***** the owner of Helton Fence and paid him up front in March/April 2022 the full amount of what he quoted me, which was over $50,000. They didn't start the job until almost June 2022 after he told me in the beginning when I paid him that they would start the project in 2 weeks. He said the job would take 4 to 8 weeks to finish depending on weather. Less than halfway through the job he stopped showing up to finish. He hardly ever responded to txt messages, never answered the phone or returned calls or voicemails. Jarrett kept giving me excuses and the run around. He told me that he guaranteed the would be complete by September 2022 or he would refund me my entire amount that I paid. He never finished my Fence, front and back covered deck or the pool deck. I have yet to receive the refund he promised me.

    Helton fence and deck cashed my check for $6900 to cover the materials for an 8 foot vinyl fence. The owner claims that since the beginning of August he has had trouble getting the supplies to do the job. He keeps giving me excuses or he just doesn’t answer my phone calls or text messages. I received a text message from him in December saying that if he could not get the supplies, he would refund my money. Since then he has not replied back to me and I have not received a refund.
