  The ServPro franchise that serves the southeast region (Davidson, Rutherford counties) of Tennessee is the worst. Save yourself some money and frustration with this location. I contacted ServPro because I assumed they were a reputable and dependable company. I was incorrect when I assumed. When I called the office and met the project manager, everyone were courteous and polite. Even when I complained about what was not done satisfactorily, they were polite. Politeness is expected, but the final completed result was not. I requested photographs of the finished project and obvious received photos of another crawl space. I should have known there was an issue because it took several days before photos were provided. After the work was supposedly completed, I hired a plumber to complete the plumbing work in the crawl space. The plumber said and I quote, "I had to roll around in dried up turds." ServPro was hired to dry up the water, remove all raw sewage, remove asbestos, and clean the crawl space. They said the completed the project by spraying some chemical to dry up the waste. The insurance company paid the remaining balance when I received a letter about having a lien placed on my property. We were waiting for photos before the final payment was made, which was a total of $16,612.16. The final result was unacceptable, and I emailed them about my dissatisfaction. Of course, they replied politely explaining my concerns were not in the scope of what they were hired to do. After speaking with special of my family and friends about my situation, I discovered that I am not the only person who has been bambozzled by this franchise. Beware, you have been warned!

  Homeowner beware! Servpro is a joke. My home experienced water damage in the kitchen, the floors and cabniets needed to be replaced. My insurance agent sent the business development representative to my house to look at the damage and answer questions we had. The representative gave a sales pitch on why his company was the top branch in the company and promised we would be taken care of.
  Remediation went well but reconstruction was a nightmare. There is absolutely no communication! Project managers don’t call you back,they don’t show up to residence when they should, project managers don’t follow up contractors. The Construction Operations Manager’s idea of customer service is to avoid holding his staff accountable for their inability to do their jobs. When concerns were voiced he did nothing!
  We not longer are working with Servpro and have accomplished more in our reconstruction then they did in 5months!

We also regret the communication issues with our project manager and have taken steps to address this. To help make things right, we have refunded your deposit, minus the cost of any materials purchased. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use it to improve our service.   Daniel and Cody did a great job cleaning up the crawl space. They were prompt, friendly and efficient, and were able to identify the source of the problem. Great work!
