I just don’t understand how you can look someone in their eyes and lie. The contract is one thing, never trust scums, but to sit there and look me in my eyes and lie is another form of disrespect, that is something I expect for a child to do.
I’ve contact multiple people to get a contract cancelled and they all give me the email but the email keeps says “I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!” But no reply. I sent my certified mail to get this resolved and over with.
Not even mad or angry but just disappointed that an organization would even carry itself this way.

Gold gym is a Scam, don't ever get a contact they will just say you did this in that and then they won't ever answer the phone or answer the email you send them to cancel or doing thing about it. They will send you to other email with no phone number. They will make you pay 18% of it to cancel. Just a stupid way to do business.

Hi *****, I requested the personal training department to forward your email thread to review. It looks like there have been 17 emails exchanged between you and the personal training department. There are no unanswered emails within your thread, so I'm not sure what you are referencing when you say your emails have gone unanswered.
I see that you signed up for a 1-year agreement on 06.11.2024, with a copy of your signed contract emailed to the address on file within 24 hours of enrollment. All agreements have a 3-day rescind period, once the grace period has lapsed, the member is required to follow cancellation policy as outlined in their agreement terms.
When you requested to cancel on 07.23.2024, your contract was out of the 3-day grace period which is why the cancellation policy was explained as a 30-day notice plus 18% of the agreement term.
From the information I have collected, I do not see an absence of response or an error in the creation of your PT package. Please note that personal training packages are only available as 1-year agreements, there are no option for single month or 'month to month' pricing.

Why delete my comment when you know your employees are wrong They are the one's who this about the personal training. They said that you can cancel any time with no fees. No, nothing. They never said I had to sign up for a 12 month program. For the personal training, so again you are wrong and that is stupid and you don't understand multiple people. Go look on your website and you can see many. Many, many people saying that you're screwed them over.

Is the personal training people? You have to call for collection and won't listen to you when you need you try to say that even the trainers told you that the people been scanned by them and that a 12 year agreement is always the fact, but they won't tell you that when you're singing the papers they say. That you get a 3 day period but never heard anything about it. This place is a total scam. They don't listen they don't want to talk about anything just call you a liar and move on.

You can get in but you can’t get out. The Clarksville location only allows cancellations between 9am-7pm Monday-Fridays. It also has to be done in person at the gym. Sign up is super and convenience, it can even be done online! This place is a joke.

The only active account within the system matching this email address is for a profile under '******* *******. Cancellations can be processed in-club, via email, or via certified mail. *** ****** received email correspondence from the Collections Manager on 12.18.2023 at 10:06am informing him that he can proceed with cancellation either via email or phone (with the Collections Manager) as there was a past due balance at that time. *** ****** did not respond to this email nor did he take action to close the profile using electronic correspondence as it was offered to him. There is no option for me to upload the email thread, although I have the file ready if needed.

Hi ******, all memberships bill on a biweekly basis. Biweekly means every two weeks, more specifically for our draft cycle this means every other Friday. There have been no errors in the billing of your membership and the frequency of your payments has been the same since you joined. Gold's Gym TN (locally owned and operated franchise) purchased the location you enrolled with in October of 2019. Your membership rates and bill frequency were transferred over during the acquisition and no changes were made to your account. I can see within our system that your draft has cleared on a biweekly basis since October of 2019, and from 2015-2019 under previous ownership.
I see that you were assisting in cancelling your account on 04.05.2024, and were offered a discount at the time. In lieu of collecting the required 30-day notice (one month of dues) you were only charged a single biweekly draft.
No further invoices will post to your account as the profile is no longer active.
      Thank you

We signed up for 1 year gym membership for my son Morgan from 6-19-2022 to 6-19-2023. I have a copy of the agreement that we signed up last year. It clearly shows the membership ends on 16/19/2023. We were also told by the young lady who did the paperwork for us that the membership would NOT be automatically renewed after 1 year. However, we are charged multiple times after 6/19/2023. We have contacted the Gym manager Nil, but he refused to refund us. He said we had to give a 30 days ahead written notice to cancel membership (which is totally different then what the sale`s lady said). So frustrated. I request a refund of $46.99
      Transaction amount: $11+$11+$11+$16.99
      Transaction date:07/21/2023 and 07/07/2023 and 06/23/2023 and 06/20/2023
