      They put done a concrete coating for us last year. We have cracking on the outside and lines that are falling in on the inside I have addressed the concerns and they say we will get it fixed but no one ever calls back. ***** has set two appointments and no showed in both to do the repairs, he keeps saying he is sick. I can not clear a day and he not show up then clear another day and he not show up. I have texted him and done my part trying to make it right but ***** does not care I want reimbursed for what I paid to have the garage done because it is going to have to be done over and I want reimbursed for repairing the damage outside. I paid over ***** for this work. When we decided to do our garage it was because of the cracks that they said would fix. They are still there just colored.They charged ***** for the inside garage and ***** for the outside I want my ***** back and at least ***** to fix the damage on the outside. My time is valuable to this company could care less if I get resolved this has been going on for months.I have other documents it wont let me upload as well. ***** is a no show no call and I told him in the last text I would not text anymore I have made phone calls in the beginning and then emails it like you had we have your money and they keep lying to me about fixing it I want my money back so I can get someone else to come fix their terrible job.
