    Requested work from this company. Wanted blinds purchased and installed. Paid the company up front the total cost for blinds and installation. Weeks went by and I consistently asked about the project. After multiple attempts and excuses, the blinds were sent. The first set of blinds sent were the wrong color. He had to make a return. I asked for an updated projected date when the corrected blinds would be in. Again, multiple asks with no update. Finally after some time, a new order of blinds were left at my door. I brought the blinds in house. I called to schedule an install. The day of the second install, he(the company) noticed the blinds were probably the right color but cut wrong and did not fit. Another set of blinds were sent back. I again asked multiple questions about blinds and a new install date. I asked the weekend prior to Thanksgiving. I was then told he was waiting for ***** to send back the blinds. Upon further investigation, ***** does not sell blinds, however, they do send back ****** products. It seemed that this company's third party vendor for the project was *****n.
    Not knowing this, I requested an install date of the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. If he could not do it I would like a refund and move forward with another company. I called and text Wednesday early, no response. I called later that evening. Before I could speak, Jerry began yelling at me about why he could no do the job. He hung up. He then texted me offering back the full refund. I texted ok, please send. He sent me multiple excuses as to how to send and how I would have to wait on a refund. One excuse was that he was waiting for ****** to refund his card. As the customer, its poor business practice to place blame on the customer when clearly his third party vendor could not get it correct.
    He has not returned my refund. Additionally, after giving this same review to *********, he sent a threatening text message.
