      My mother was at NHC Franklin following hip surgery. She was in a private room on the rehab hall. My Mom loved the food and she was given custom meals when she was didn't not prefer the selections. The staff was a 5 star for my Mom with excellent/compassionate care and professionalism. The facility was very clean and the nurses/CNA's were friendly/helpful. The nurse practitioners and the doctor were professional, responsive and timely with all of our concerns . My Mom's therapists were top notch/5 star! Mom is now walking without a walker and is very strong again. Thanks to all at NHC Franklin!

      Disappointed.. Last year I dealt with another Admissions Coordinator and was impressed! This year the new Admissions Coordinator was the total opposite…. Sashalee S**** located at 7601 Parklane Road Columbia, South Carolina 29223… did not want to be bothered with me.. as I attempted to pay for my Mom to stay at the facility for a few days… Sashalee S**** encouraged me to call “**** *******” instead of using NHC… Sashalee S**** constantly glanced at her watch as I asked several questions… I called Ms.S**** several times trying to secure my Mom a bed… Ms.S**** informed me 2 weeks was entirely too long to secure a bed for my Mom…. If anyone is searching for a Skilled Nursing facility… may I recommend PLEASE BYPASS… NHC Located in COLUMBIA SOUTH CAROLINA at 7601 PARKLANE ROAD 29223!! Because Ms.Sashalee S**** doesn’t feel NHC is better than **** *******…. Thanks signed ****** ***** a caregiver that just wanted a vacation
