    Ole South customer service goes beyond and above
    All warranty claims were covers on time as stated on the contract which is good, but even after warranty expired they keep providing and excellent customer service, this time they helped me on having a issue repaired even after warranty was expired

    Cole from Ole south is what keeps this place going. We originally had 'Aaron' he was terrible, lied and was just plain right not good! However the saving grace for Ole south is 'Cole.' He returns phone calls, is friendly, gets things done and is a hard worker. He's responsive and takes things serious when you tell him. We bought our home in Spring Hill TN. 2/2022. Aaron did the final walk through and basically told us nothing could be done to fix things we pointed out. His exact words were 'you get what you get.' Thank the heavens for Cole because he's been helping us fix any and every issue we have and is keeping ole south great reputation alive!

    Wonderful builder! I will only buy an Ole South Home.
    Warranty department is top notch! David and Casey at the warranty department are the best.
    Highly recommend buying a OleSouth Home!

    OleSouth is truely the best home builder! Once you buy a home from OleSouth, they really do take care of you. Big shoutout to David!!! He is OleSouth's warranty manager and talk about fantastic warranty service. He is highly professional, communicative, and hard working! Thanks for all you do!! Love my OleSouth home!!
