Wow, what can I say about this wonderful company & their fabulous employees? Well, I can tell you that they have NEVER LET US DOWN! THAT, my friends, says it all!
My 96 year “young” Mom is currently in an Assisted Living facility & my sisters and I realized her needs were going to require 24 hour sitters. We had some daytime private sitters, but we knew we needed to expand the scope of her care. We also acknowledge that, even though our hearts want to provide for her, we are not properly trained on how to do this work safely and efficiently.
I believe that GOD directed me to this company because I had never heard of them before and I just did what we all do – an online search “Caregivers for Elderly in Murfreesboro, TN”. While reading the bios on the large number of local companies, I read about HoneyHill HomeCare. Something right then said - CALL THEM, so I did. Boy, am I blessed to have made that call.
From the first phone call I have always been greeted with Kindness & Compassion. Anytime that we needed to make an adjustment to the schedule they have been able to accommodate the change with no issues. Even when we had a need for an hour here or there , HoneyHill HomeCare employees were able to help fill the gaps.
My Mom’s dementia sometimes takes her sweet spirit away and she becomes very stubborn. These caregivers have been able to earn Mom’s trust (and ours), understand how best to work with Mom, and have taken care of her beautifully, even in the hard times when she wasn’t very compliant or happy.
If you are wondering, and maybe hesitating, about turning over care of your loved one to an agency, I believe HoneyHill HomeCare has qualified staff ready & very capable to take care of your loved ones. Their caregivers, office staff & Owners/Management are all the same: Compassionate, Caring & Dedicated to their Job & their clients. I encourage you to give them a call.
