    Visited the store in July to purchase wedding bands for a September wedding. The bands were needing to be custom made, but we were assured they would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks passes, my fiance reached out multiple times via text with no clear answer on when the rings would be available for pick up. Late August, texts were being ignored, phone calls ignored, Greg was not at the store (doors locked). I made a post on a local ******** group for advice or similar experiences, and the responses were worse than I could imagine. Luckily, we were in the time frame for a dispute with the bank/credit cards and we were able to get our money back, and found another local jeweler for our wedding bands TWO WEEKS before our wedding. Greg owes a lot of people money (look up local court records), has jewelry held hostage from other clients, and will not respond to any form of communication. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.
