    Received estimate from organization and paid the requested amount as deposit. They are to remove 6 plants and replace. During the review process for the estimate informed them of the installed, hard wired landscaping lighting. The young man said don't worry we repair those. After receiving a design image, I informed them that would not work due to the landscape lighting installed.I was informed the move and repair all the time. However, I will have to pay if they damage my wiring. I should not have to pay for damage they do. I have requested a cancellation and return of my 50% deposit. I feel that I was purposely deceived. Thank you.

    In my initial visit with ********************* we walked the property and put together a rough draft landscape design that would improve the front beds of her home. After leaving the appointment I went back to my office and finalized a 3D ********* design at no cost and forwarded it to ***** for review. She then informed me of a few landscaping lighting wires that run through the front of her house, her landscape beds, and under her concrete. She was specifically concerned about a specific location in the design between the two windows on the front of her home. I let her know that would be no issue at all, as the plants going in that specific area would be small delicate flowers that do not encroach too far underground. I also informed her that our crew has both experience and professionalism in handling landscape lighting and that we could simply move or reroute the lighting at no additional cost during installation. I expressed that it would have little to no impact on our ability to do this job and my team would take the necessary actions to address it. My team installs, repairs, and removes landscaping lighting on a daily basis and is very familiar with the task at hand, in this case it would simply require us moving the wire over with our hands during plant installation and covering it back up when we are finished. *************** approved our Estimate and was very happy with the design, she then sent in her 50% Deposit for us to put her on schedule. Even after mentioning multiple times we will NOT be charging her for any work required for the landscape lighting she accused us of being deceitful and trying to tell her we would charge her for breaking her lighting wires. We are confused and concerned about what has happened. ***** requested her 50% deposit back and was Immediately refunded and taken off schedule. No contact has transpired since then. Primm's Landscaping services thousands of local customers and we have never been questioned on the integrity of our work. I have attached copies of our email trend where the most recent conversation has transpired. Thank you for reaching out, we hope to resolve this issue thoroughly in a timely manner.
