    We contracted with ****** to do landscaping, irrigation and sod for our home. He never provided the contract we asked to have completed. He conducted all business by text. He did shoddy work in laying the sod and irrigation. His work flooded our neighbors lawn and drowned it out. I had to pay for that damage to my neighbors property. Further, ****** didnt know he need to add more zones to the irrigation system, then charged me to do that, after he had already agreed to a price to install one correctly. Finally, he killed the sod he put in by not having the sprinkler system properly calibrated to keep it fresh. He texted me to let me know he would replace 2 pallets of sod that was over a a year ago. He will not return calls or texts. I guess I will need to sue him in order to recoup some of the losses he has caused me to have.

    Mr. ****** hired us to handle landscaping and irrigation work on his property. Throughout the project, we aimed to provide excellent service and adapted to several changes requested during and even after completion. After finishing the job, Mr. ****** decided to extend the sod area behind the back fence, which was not part of the original irrigation design, leading to some issues with the new sod. To address this, we installed larger irrigation heads to accommodate the additional area.

    Mr. ****** also requested that we add topsoil in his backyard to raise the grade, which led to increased runoff affecting his neighbors yard. In response, we created a separate irrigation zone and reduced run times to help mitigate the runoff. We have worked closely with Mr. ****** to ensure he is satisfied with the job and have now reached out to discuss any further adjustments we can make to support his needs.

    I did NOT request additional sod behind the fence after the fact. It was part of his original bid, which he would only provide in pieces in texts. He never provided us an actual contract in writing. Any top soil they added was needed to fill in the holes he left during his installation of irrigation , sod and plantings. I still have a trench hey left in my yard that they have never come to fill in. I will be hiring a different company to take care of his shoddy work , as I am diabetic and cant feel my feet.  This trench has caused me to trip and fall more than once and it is unsafe to anyone walking in my yard. ****** just never finished the job. He would say he would come back, but those were empty promises or simply forgotten.

    Yard work is fantastic. Have a double pane window that one pane got broken, ******, the owner, came and measured it and said he would be back to put the glass in as soon as it was ordered and ready. That has now been over a month. I get no responses to text messages when I ask about the window, and was told I would receive a phone call as well and have gotten none. I'm not mad about the work at all, but I would like to get my window fixed before the winter comes and my electric bill gets higher than it already does during that time.
