    My children take lessons from this store location. In May, the teacher went on maternity leave and we were told we would not be charged for any lessons while she was out. On June 23, I was charged for the first child's lessons. I called on June 25 to request a refund and was told it could take up to 7 business days. On July 10, I had still not received the refund and was also charged for the other child. I called again, and received the refund for the second charge, but still have not received a refund for the initial charge on June 23. I have called two other times, including once to the corporate number.

    Due to computer errors with billing dates the customer was incorrectly charged. All money  has been refunded as of 8/8/2023.

    The funds were finally refunded as of August 10. However, I was told that it was because they "can't hold funds for more than 90 days," not because they were admitting a mistake in billing (which is what it was). 

    Corporate never returned my calls even though I was assured I'd hear from them within 48 hours each time I called.
