    ***** ******** had two Drs visits. On the second visit Provider Mandi B******** prescribed him 5mg percocets 2x for 30 days. when he went to pick them up *** pharmacy in Dickson Tn gave him a 5 day supply and was told to come back to get the remaining. the insurance covered the 5 day supply, but when he returned he had to pay full price, that's one issue. Secondly she said that she had scheduled him for two procedures to be done the following month and that the provider would e-send his prescription. first surgery center appt. was August 29th 2024 ********** Surgery Center Brentwood with provider John S********. The second was scheduled for the same provider, but at a Smyrna location. Someone at the Smyrna facility called to confirm the appt with him he also inquired as to why his presciptions were written the way they were. He's on a fixed income and to split the perscriptions wasnt making since. His insurance company said that the provider only sent paper work for approval for 5 day supply. The remaining days of the month weren,t covered because ******** said that the provider didnt send in an approval for more although the pharmacy filled the remaining and charged him the cost. We cant get answers and now the Center has dismissed him on the grounds of violation of his opiod contract/, and agreement with practice, and inappropriate behavior to staff. He was merely trying to get answers as to why it was being written like that instead of the whole perscription. we just needs answers. he has issues with his C6, C7. and T1. he needs medical care. Its upsetting to him because hes getting the run around. Please help.
