    We had booked out the place over the phone ahead of time for our Sunday school class of 24 children. Over the phone we were told the place would be rented out for us privately and the children would get 3 hours of play time. When we arrived there they told us we only have 1 hour and 30 minutes and when we tried to explain what was said over the phone, it was completely denied. Not only that but the staff threatened to kick us ALL out of the store and told us to get the children out if we don’t comply under the new conditions they set when we got there. It was an absolute nightmare. The lady by the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNHELPFUL. We ended up only getting 1 hour and half of play time for the children and left.
