      I stayed at this property for a year. They have broke several laws including entry into my property without my permission or the knowledge of them coming. They also told me I had 1 day to move when I got the notice and in the state of TN it states that they have to give a tenant 14-30 day notice to move not a 1,3 or 7 day. They also didn't have the proper eviction papers to evict me til after I mentioned it to them. Then they discriminated against my niece that was living with me. She was pregnant at the time and they told us we had to move and that they didn't care that she was pregnant and it was also stated that they are not allowed to kick a tenant out if they are pregnant (I've asked these questions to an attorney so this is how I know they broker several laws). When mentioned to them that they were discriminating and that they were breaking laws they told me that they didn't care that they were breaking them. It does state no animals but it also doesn't state in the lease anything about service animals either. They didn't say anything to me about it til after they wanted me to leave for an animal and that's the only reason they wanted me to me put out. Also they started a garnishment process without my knowledge. I feel that anything isn't worth being paid for because they discriminated against me leaving anyways. I feel they owe me for the whole year and 1 month I was there. There were no damages done to property except 1 bedroom door. They also have not said anything to me around the time of stay at property at ********** Ave apt *** about rent til after they did all court fees to get me out just to add the fees in there and attached is proof of the emails sent to me in that time frame. I didn't get anything about rent in March. The notice they sent me in the mail said 7days but I didn't get it til that day of that I was supposedly had to leave and when I explained that to them they told me they didn't care or that they don't care if I had anywhere to go.
