    After a few times to the park I considered purchasing memberships for grandkids. I went to site and half way through decided not to purchase based on them wanting pictures of grandkids, etc...A month later I review my creditcard and they charged me in April 2024! I also got an email from them stating I was not able to use membership at park as I DID NOT COMPLETE the membership. Called my CC company and they credited back. Then Urban Air sent another email asking me to CHECK off waiver box and they would deny credit and deny me getting out of their 12 month contract! Shady business tactics from them.
