    Date of rental/sale : 06/25/2021 What was sold: lofted barn w/side porch - 10 x 20 x 1 Option of payment: 48 months (343.80)Plus a 100 security deposit refundable after shed was paid off early with a check(personal) at payment 34 due to there sister company (BCS Rentals,LLC charges for late fees when it was there post office sitting on the mail. The entire 34 payments that we made until it was paid off. They have absorbed the $100 security deposit into the payments, but there is a section on page 2 of the contract that says it is supposed to be refused after the bill is satisfied. Also included copy of payment schedule for the first 30 payments includes the 100 security deposit. You can see the dates they say are late or when they received. All checks were mailed out by the 3rd of every month. There is no possible way that the check's took 2 weeks or more to get there from ******** to *********. I did find out that the main post office down there holds mail longer than they should. With this in mind a copy of the tracking from final check to them sent registered and they held for 5 days extra there reason was hurricane, but it does not take 5 days for a hurricane to go through an area. We ended up paying them an extra $2,451.59 in late fees. I would like to see a refund. ************** is BCS Rentals, LLC. Phone number is *************.

    We are pleased to respond to the customer as follows:
    The RTO Agreement was administered exactly as written.
    As for the Security Deposit, please review paragraph 11 of the Rental Purchase Agreement and Disclosure Statement.  Within, you will find a detailed explanation of how the security deposit is applied.   In response to the time, it takes for mail to arrive, neither our customer nor we have any control over the US *********** and how they handle mail.  We offer other methods of payments if a customer chooses to avoid potential postal issues.
