      On April 4th, I purchased an Ozark River portable sink through their website. Though they received my **** payment, I never received an email confirmation or tracking number. The item did arrive within a reasonable time but arrived severely damaged. *** sent it back, and "TIKA" from Ozark River contacted me by phone, requesting that I send her photos of the damaged box and items which I did. She assured me that she'd resend another portable sink the next day, but I never received it. I made 5 messages to the company, requesting an update but have not heard back, not even by email.

      Update: After placing a stop payment for a non-replacement, I received a phone call from *****, a company representative. I explained my frustration with the company, and the fact that I hadnt received my replacement. He stated that a replacement was on the way, but at the point, I had ordered the same sink from a different supplier (I didnt know that it would still ship from them!). Two days later, the replacement arrives and its the original sink that was refused because of arriving damaged. Are you kidding me??? It was still in the same box, just additional tape added to it, and resent to memost likely more damaged than the previous delivery.  Because of this circus, I cannot open my business on time, though I started a 5-weeks early. I have completed lost faith.

      As stated in the complaint, we worked with ****************** to get her initial item in a timely manner and it was damaged in transit by the carrier. There were delays on our end in communicating a resolution to the replacement product and we have since rectified the cause for those delays and communicated with ****************** frequently over the past two weeks working toward a resolution.
