This company had a business in *************. I purchased a used washer from them on October 16, 2024. They advertised and verbally acknowledged a 4 month warranty. The washer leaked water on the heavy cycle. I tried several times times to contact them by phone for repair with no answer. I went back to the store on Dec 2 to find they had closed and left. I researched and found the parent store in *********, called spoke to the owner on 12/6. He assured me he would contact me on 12/9 to set up a time for repair. I called 4 times last week with no answer. ***** (employee) called me back on 12/13 and promised me someone would be out on 12/15 to make the repair. I have not heard from them. I explained to her if this was not resolved I expected a full refund and she said she understood. At this point I think I have been taken advantage of and expect a refund. I forgot to mention that ***** set up an appt for Thursday the 14 and we never heard from them until Friday evening. And I also have a picture of the sign on the store that states 4 month warranty. We did put a couple bad reviews on their website and they have deleted them which makes them have a better rating which is very fraudulent. Thank youCustomer Answer

We purchased a Fridge from this company a few weeks ago and the Fridge does not work properly. Meaning the ice make does not work and the fridge does not hold the proper temperature. They stated when we purchased the fridge that if the ice maker didnt work that they would come and replace it. They also stated that there is a limited warranty on purchases, if the appliance doesnt work they would sent someone out to maintenance it and if it still didnt work then the appliance would be replaced. None of this is true. The owner came out looked at the fridge and said he would bring us another one. That never happened either. They are now ignoring the entire situation and we paid cash for the appliance so it appears they are doing very bad business and stealing money from people. At first we were willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and just allow them to replace the fridge with a working fridge and now we just want to part ways with this business, give them their fridge back and for them to refund our cash.Customer Answer

My husband and I have made many attempts to contact the company in regard to the fridge and the owner **** refuses to return any calls. I finally was able to talk with Will this past Friday on the phone and he said he would have a working fridge to my house by Sunday or Monday but until then I could come by the store and pick out a fridge. I went by the store and none of the fridges that he was offering me were in working condition. I told the store associate that I was not willing to switch out a non-working fridge for another non-working fridge. Will was conveniently not there when I stopped by. Once again we are still waiting on a working fridge. I did ask for a complete refund and I would return his fridge to him and we have not heard back from him yet. I will attempt to contact him tomorrow.Initial Complaint

Bought a ************** from Will January 3. Supposed to have 120 day warranty. If something is wrong with either, he will fix. If he is unable to fix, he will find me a like model. Everything from delivery to now has been a problem, mostly because the guy doesn't do what he says he's going to do. That and plus the washing machine doesn't work. Multiple (33) calls and store stop-bys to fix the washer ends with no show/no call/no text. I filed a dispute with my CC company and they credited my money back. Owner told me over the phone on January 20 that he would pick them up the next day. I texted him when I'd be home; no response. Stopped by the store and told his mother that I was having a new set delivered and want the units gone that day (as I also told him).They are currently sitting in my garage. I am notifying him that he has until Feb 17 to make arrangements to pick them up. After that, at some point I will be setting them out by the curb for metro to get them. I called the store today to find out his last name to put on the letter; his mother (!) wouldn't give it to me. I have 3 pages of more details if you would like to read.Customer Answer

Comments: _I sent them a letter saying that I would be charging them storage fees from the day that I was told he would pick them up from my property. I also told them that I would be advertising them for sale after a certain date to recoup my storage prices and they can pick them up after paying me storage fee and at my convenience . ( I have waiting enough for this company.) I also said that if they didn't sell, I would be setting them out for Metro to collect them from my curb._________No responose whatsoever!___________________________________________________________________
