My wife and I are ***eated customers of Buff City Soap and usually have no issues. Ive been dealing with my Dad having to have emergency heart surgery, my wife going through breast cancer treatments, and moving to a new home. So, among all of this, plus dealing with stress at work, I forgot to update my Apple Pay address to my new one. A simple and honest mistake, that was the first time Ive ever done that. I reached out to ********* Soap on Sunday night, to try to get the address updated to my new one, before the item is shipped. The label was created only. The *** responded with that there was nothing she could do for us. She seemed like she didnt care at all and was very vague with options. I have spent lots of money at this company and they acted like they could care less. I wasnt trying to get anything free or was be nasty with them. I just wanted to make sure my order made it to my new house. I have sold things online before and had to recreate labels for customers. Buff city chooses the cheapest shipping option which means I couldnt update or redirect delivery on *****. I called ***** and they told me that the shipper has to correct the address or is the only one to make changes. Now, the soap is getting redelivered to my old house. I moved an hour away and I do not have the new owners contact information, since I sold my house to an investor. I either just want an order ***lacement or a refund. This situation could have been handled very differently. I made a simple mistake as you can see all the stuff I was dealing with at the time and forgot to update my address. Buff city refused to try to help at all. So, I am now out of my product and my money.

I want to buff city in ********** on June 14th 2023 at approx noon. I ran my credit card for a total of $115.01. She said the system was down and wasn't giving any indication of it going through. I left and went to the *** down the street and was back ten minutes later and Paid in cash for the same amount and the same product. I contacted them and was told I'd be called back and then contacted buff city through their contact me button on the corporate site. They said they would forward all of these details to the store manager and we still have not been contacted or refunded and I've now paid interest on this charge of money they are now essentially stealing from me. I want my money back now.
