    This business has no way to contact management. I went there for a hair appointment and got my hair dyed red and the first time it turned out great. I rescheduled and they canceled my appointment three times in a row due to them double booking. When I finally got into the salon even though I had done a consultation and they should have known what I wanted the hairstylist they gave me had to leave at a certain time and rush through the process. I asked for my roots to be brighter since they had grown out and told her to bleach them but I think because of her lack of time she did not bleach all the roots so now i have patches of brown all throughout my red hair. They may no offer to fix it because she did not have the time nor did they offer me any compensation on my hair not being done correctly. For over $200 i shouldn't have any brown hair.

    Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2022/10/13) */ After reviewing the clients appointment history, it appears that she was here on 8/22. She was charged $185 for her services that consisted of coloring and highlighting. She left a tip of $37 (20%). Management is in everyday, including the day that she was here. They can be reached by calling 615-867-3000 (the main phone line). Management was here on the day of her services, and every day since. As far as the cancelations of her appointments are concerned, it appears that she had originally scheduled with a stylist that had on going medical issues and was unable to accommodate her. Her appointments were not moved for any other reason. That employee finally got to the point where she could no longer perform her duties as a stylist, at which point we placed the client with another stylist for the services that she was originally booked. If the look that the client desires takes more time than is available as scheduled, it is not uncommon to have to schedule follow up appointments to achieve that goal. No follow up appointments were made.
