    In December 2022 I purchased tax software from nLync. When I received the so called final ********** had so many bugs, I contacted nLync and told them of the problems, then I followed their ****** lines and on January 9,2023, I requested a refund of my $799.99 since I could not use the software. They told me it would take about 4 weeks to receive my refund. It has been approximately 5 weeks and no refund or contact has been made by nLync to refund my money. I would like BBB to help me get my money back.

    I am sorry ************* was having issues.  I read through his complaint, the notes on his account and listen to the recorded phone calls to see what the issue was.  He stated that he received our final version in December 2022 but that version was the early release version not a final version, no one has a final version in December since the *** and the ***************** of ******* have not released their final tax laws.  I reviewed all communication and no one a nLync told him it was a final version.   This was Mr ****** first year with nLync and changing software that you had used for several years there is a learning curve, just like with anything.  I also read he was complaining about his previous software ***** as well.  

    I saw various crm notes where he called in stating he could not print a certain form but was shown it would print.  Another note said he was having problems with the Support Chat he was shown it was wroking correctly and he made no comment.  We have a full support team he can call in, Chat or email if he had any further issues and nLync are more than happy to work with him on.  We converted his client files from Drake a desktop program to nLync and online program. We set his tax software up along with, his portal, video conference software, Digital signature software and his client intake form app so we are 100% here to help him if he needs any support.

    The business has made no attempt to contact me or refund the money I sent them in good faith that they had a good product.  I requested a refund from them before I got the BBB involved and they refused even though I never used their product to prepare any tax returns.  When it was not fully operational at beginning of tax season I requested my refund then went with another software that was fully operational.  Please help me get my money refunded.
