  Oct. 30, 2023, I enter a claim with ********** reference dish that was removed from my roof several years ago. When removed, the screws and pole was left on roof. This later cause a leak in my bathroom ceiling. I was told by different agencies from ********** that handle this claim.. My claim # **********-01. This was pass down to different people, first ***********************, ********* *** who managers claims for ********** I was told by ****************, she turn over to *********************, Director Operations Support of Next Solutions, then to ************** or ***** to resolved. This was never done. **************, came to my home, went up on roof and saw the issue of the leak. Will get back to me, this never happen for months. I called him never call me back. In Feb. of this year, he told me the claim was drop. The wires are still hanging down my wall in back yard. I was also told to get a estimate from the roofing *** for the cost of repair, which I have and sent with pictures.I was told in written, once I sent the estimate, I will be refunded. No one any where never called me . ************** as of today, still no answer or call back. I was told early he will come back to fix wires, no responses. Direct TV is one the worst *** to deal with, when comes to repairs. Today, I will like the wires on my back wall to be removed. Also refunded for the part of the roof, I had to repair to stop the leak from my roof where there equipment cause damaged.Direct TV gave me the run around to three different companies. First *************************** then to ******** **************** , Next Solutions, :********************* and last to Allegiances Services. Out all these companies, no help to resolved issue. When needed I have several emails, pictures and estimate from Roofing Com.which I had repaired.

  Thank you for your response.  I will agree with the roof damages refund. But the wires from the pole on roof are still hanging down on my back porch.  These wires need to be removed or repair back on wall of house. These are electronic wires. ************** said he was coming back, never no response from him. I would like this completed.

  Thank You for your help.  I will accept this Company's offer.  Still the whole issue was not resolved as of today.  The wires the ********* left hanging off my back  of my house are still hanging!  My *****, said months also, the time he was here last year, was coming back to attached this wires back.  I still like someone to come to fix wires that are dangerous on my back porch.
