My vehicle was towed from a parking lot address: ***************************************************************. I was told by my friend that the towing truck company gannons had arrived and was going to tow my car. I rushed to the location where my car was parked and I requested that I pay the boot removal service fee which should have been no more than $60-$100. The driver told me that I had to pay him the FULL $260 on the scene. According to signage on the parking lot, the towing company was only allowed to charge $200+ additional service fees once the car has already been taken into the towing lot. I was standing there while my car was being booted before he even had it loaded up on the tow truck. I am a single mother and a full time student in college and I am even receiving every legal assistance aid that the state offers. The towing truck driver made me feel like my hands were tied and I was imprisoned to having to pay the fee. Because I did not have the money on the spot to pay the company took my car away. I went to my local police station and they advised me to file a complaint and make a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Because the company is refusing to resolve this and come to an agreement I am having to take this to BBB. The towing trucks address is ********************************************************************************* and the phone number is ************. I made several attempts to come to a resolution with them but they refused.

I have not heard anything from the company. I would like to mention that they forced me to pay for my vehicle with cash only. Would not allow me to use my debit card. As a student and a single mother I dont keep cash on me, I had to come directly from my school to pick my vehicle up and was then forced to walk down the street to an atm.

I had went to my ***************** last night around 2:00am and I had came back out around 5:00am to leave to take her to work and my car was towed. There wasn't any parking spots in visitors parking so I didnt have a choice but to park somewhere else. After I called they were extremely rude about it. Now I have to pay 200 dollars to get my car back. The apartment policy is if you stayed overnight more than 3 days your car will be towed. I was only there for a few hours so there was no reason to tow my car. They preceded to say that since I didnt have a parking pass they towed it.
