    I purchased a used transmission for these people through quality auto parts out of Austin TX. This is what my $2300 has gotten me so far. It took almost a week to get the part to a place to where I could finally go pick it up. I picked up the transmission and got it home. I noticed that the transmission wasn't exactly like the one I removed from my truck. The next day I tried to install the transmission into my truck but it wouldnt fit my engine. Soni called to tell the people that they sent me the wrong transmission. I had to argue the fact that it was indeed the wrong one. They had me take pictures of mine and if theirs to show them the differences. They called me wanting more pictures. So I've done what they have asked more than once. So now I'm having to wait for them to figure out how and why they sent me the wrong transmission. I'm still without my purchased transmission. They are putting me on hold so they can try to figure out their mistake. I e explained to them that it's my only vehicle and that I need my truck ASAP. Ive even done the research for them and found out that the transmission they sent was from a gasoline engine and not a diesel engine. Still nothing back from them. That's guys keep telling me that they will take care of the problem. 5 days later I still haven't heard anything about when they will be sending me another transmission. I havent heard anything from. Them at all. I have asked them why I'm having to do without my transmission that I've already paid for. No reply and bother other than we have to figure out how this happened. That's not acceptable.
