      If a zero star review was an option they would be getting that. So I had a puddle in my front yard at the water meter, called a plumber out to see what was going on. This cost me $100. For them to tell me it was on the county side of the meter, which at that point the county would be responsible for fixing. Okay so call consolidated utility district to come take a look at the meter. Sure enough it is leaking on their side so they have to fix **************** they didn't reimburse me the $100 for plumber to come out and check my meter, which okay no big deal. Then they have people come out and **** the lines in the yard, they go to **** the **** line, the gas line, and other utility lines but fail to **** my ******* line. (Knowing where my ******* line is it was not ****ed). The next day they come dig up my meter. Well sure enough my internet and cable go out at the same time. Seeing where they dug, I knew they hit the ******* line. I call them same day to make aware of the situation. They swore they had it ****ed and that didn't cut the line. I have ******* come out the following day to check what was going on. Well sure enough the line was cut right by where the water meter was replaced. Called consolidated back that day to inform them that infact they did cut my ******* line. Now a month out I am billed by ******* $100 to replace the line that consolidated company cut while replacing my meter. Consolidated utility refuses to reimburse me the $100 after I show them the bill with the date matching along the dates that they replace replaced my meter also submitting a picture showing where the cord was laying in my yard to get reinserted after they cut it which was right by where they dug. The most solid evidence you could have shown that the consolidated utility district was in the wrong but yet still refuses to reimburse me my hundred dollars.I sent them the bill showing the date where I was charged by *******, and pictures with dates matching everything.
