If you need Mold Remediation...
DO NOT USE - Best Option Restoration of SE Nashville
You will be tricked - their sales pitch is great, but their follow through, communication & work is TERRIBLE.
1. You will NOT be a priority - They will run several jobs at once extending the amount time it takes to complete your job & inconvenience your life.
- Plus, they do not tell you the plan to complete your job, you are at their mercy & poor scheduling.
2. Poor Quality Work - They missed 4 areas of mold & didn't treat them properly. Rather than just remediate them, they wanted to argue about 3rd party swab testing the areas to verify mold, adding additional time & cost to the project.
3. They do a terrible job providing containment to prevent cross contamination.
- They didn't seal the A/C vents to prevent it from going elsewhere in the house.
- The plastic they hung was not hung properly, and their construction material went everywhere.
4. Overcharge - They will inflate the square footage of the project to make more money or they will conveniently forget what is on the quote & will double charge you.
Dealing with mold is stressful enough, so why work with a company that is going to make it harder & more stressful?

Hi ****** although we respect all of your comments and take your opinion very seriously. We could not complete the timeframe because we were asked to continuously expand and change the job scope from the initial estimate. Prices were agreed upon and we have a signed agreement to the pricing. it was you that decided to want to change pricing because you didn't want to pay full price. Protocol for each company is different as long as we get it completed and in the timeframe that was originally agreed upon. We understand how stressful microbial growth mitigation is and wanted to wish you the best of luck on your project. Sorry that we weren't able to complete your project, but BOR will never leave any customer in a bad situation if we were given the opportunity to finish the project. Finally, we would like to thank you for the final payment that you had submitted to us.
