    I bought Ello Market's Keto friendly trail mix. The product smelled of rancid oil. They did not taste fresh. They sat on my shelf for a couple of days after buying and tasted rancid.

    This is by far my favorite water bottle. Cooper 28oz. I ordered on ****** and after about a year my lid broke. I emailed Ello and quickly got a response that they would gladly send me a free replacement lid as soon as I sent photos of my bottle for proof of purchase. They also said that they now sell replacement lids. I had issues with sending photos to prove my purchase on my phone and via computer (I found out later the problem was with my email) their customer service agent Stephanie was very kind and responsive to each of my emails and I finally got my photos to her and a week later I received my new lid. It even matched my bottle although online my color was out of stock! Very pleased with the integrity of this company.

    I ordered stuff on November 1 of this year it’s now the 7th and they still haven’t provided me with tracking. Supposedly they have warehouse issues ! I keep emailing back and forth and I’m about ready to just dispute this transaction after looking on here and seeing I’m not the only one having trouble with these people. I hate that I can’t seem to even find a customer service number to call!

    My cps arrived broken. there is no way to reach customer service. The phone number has a recorded message then hangs up, and the contact form does not respond. Huge waste of time.

    Great customer service! I purchased the Ello Cooper 22oz stainless steel water bottle in pink on December 1 and within a month the lid would no longer close because the plastic clip to keep it secure broke off. I submitted a form online to Ello and on that same business day, customer service (Stephanie) responded that they would send a free replacement. Although the email stated it would arrive in 4-6 weeks, I received it about 3.5 weeks later. Very pleased with the company! I will wait to review the product after we have another go with the lid.
