      Was in "Happy Hiller Club" looking for reliable repairs around my home when a plumbing leak appeared at base of master bath toilet! So I excitedly called "Hiller" to the rescue! Two young men arrived and spent over 2 HOURS going from master bath to crawl space! They eventually showed me a part that needed replaced. I was shocked when they told me over $400!!! WOW!
      I begrudgingly paid HUGE bill for tiny part! MUCH TO MY CHAGRIN, IT IS NOT EVEN A WEEK BEFORE A BIGGER LEAK WAS SLOSHING OUT FROM UNDER SAME TOILET! Had to call again and two new men came out! THEY SPENT OVER 4 HOURS going in and out of crawlspace/house! It has been less than a week FOR SAME ISSUE! To my astoundment they asked for even more money!!! A shocking ADDITIONAL $600!! I did not have it all and what I did give them I intend to get back with the help of BBB or News Media or ** Have anyy of you heard their catchy song "Happy You'll Be Or The Service Is Free??? Well that has been demonstrated a lie, too! You want to use them, call your bank first and take out a home equity loan first! Better yet, DO NOY USE THEM DUH!

We really would like to speak with you on this matter. Unfortunately, over the past 72 hours, we have been unable to reach you, even after trying multiple ways including calling and emailing. Please allow us to show you that "Happy You'll Be or the Service is Free" isn't simply a slogan, but something we stand proudly behind.       Employee was here during scheduled hours and after 10 minutes found the minor problem. He was very courteous and explained what he found that needed repaired.

      We are for years with Hiller and have only excellent experiences. This time, Mr. R** took care of generator maintenance needs. Again very satisfactory.

      First class service from start to finish. Good on site consultation from Micah with proper guidance and understanding of my needs. Good choice of product and available installation slots to get the job done fast and fitting my availability as well. Unit was delivered at 7am on the day of installation and technicians arrived an hour later as scheduled. Polite and efficient team of two working over the next 5-6 hours to get everything installed and tested as planned and keeping me in the loop as the day progressed. Due to my parrot in the house they had to do some testing consideration not to endanger the pet and they handled it perfectly! To sum it up I am a very happy customer! They may not be low balling the price but you get true craftsmanship and first class service!

      I had been without AC for a few days (waiting on home warranty) and finally decided to find someone myself. Called Hiller and they came out the same day! And not only that but Darren was able to fix my AC same day also! I'm beyond thankful. They have very fair prices and excellent customer service. Everyone from the wonderful ladies who answered the phone to the technician, Darren. Will definitely use them for future maintenance needs.

      Alex came out late Sunday evening to see what was wrong with my AC. You determine the fan the motor was broken and not working. Monday morning he went to the store to purchase the item and showed up at my home and fixed it and it was painless other than having to pay for it which was reasonable I suppose. Bottom line I now have a c and I couldn't be happier!
