    I hired Nashville Solutions to install a HVAC unit and air handler. Their communication was inconsistent, sparse, and poor. Their work was even worse. They did the bare minimum to maximize their profits and I had to hire a second company to fix their mistakes and laziness. The property is older and had a smaller copper line for the system refrigerant. They didn’t bother upgrading this as required for the type of refrigerant the newer unit ran on. Had to have that upgraded by a second company. They haphazardly installed the copper piping to the air handler in the closet blocking access to the air filter. The air filter couldn’t even be installed or removed due to the pipes being installed directly in front of the filter box and so close to it. I had to find this out myself after they had left and had to have a second company unsolder the pipes and reroute them. Thankfully, they installed drainage gravel behind the HVAC unit…without removing them from the plastic bags. Discovered this while I found the envelope of warranty papers, homeowner unit information, and details waterlogged behind the unit. Learned my lesson with these incompetent fools.
