      To whom it may concern, 

      On September 4, 2024 at 0850hrs, ******* from Specialty Anesthesia of TN (phone number:  ************ or ************) called and left me a message.  ******* informed me that my "account has been corrected", and how "everything has been removed from collections, there is a zero balance on the account".  (See attached screenshot(s) of message transcript)

      Although my account has been corrected, it is still bothersome how Specialty Anesthesia of TN failed to conduct a review of my account when asked, and as promised.  What is especially concerning is that a review was promised, not once, not twice, but three times.  I can't help but wonder how many other customers of ******************************************* of TN has been strong-armed and bullied into paying fraudulent fees. 

      y Anesthesia of Tennessee, I started receiving calls from a collection agency (*****-******) who demanded payment. On 08/28/2024, I and a Cigna **** called Specialty Anesthesia of Tennessee (we spoke to R. Ces). During this call, Specialty Anesthesia of Tennessee admitted to, "seeing a double-entry" and promised to, "have the call elevated to a supervisor." Specialty Anesthesia of Tennessee told me to, "call back in 2-3wks." As a medical consumer, I have always paid my medical bills when asked and on-time. Yet, due to Specialty Anesthesia of Tennessee's negligence and operational failures, my credit history is now tarnished. To my understanding, all of my calls with Cigna and Specialty Anesthesia of Tennessee were recorded. Documents can be shared upon request.

      I paid this company twice. The first check was for $73.40 but I sent another check for $74.10 but mistake thru my bank. I sent the first check on 1/26/2023 and mistakenly sent another check on 3/17/2023. This last check should have gone to **************************. I called Specialty Anesthesia on March 28 to explain that the second check was sent to them in error. They requested a copy of the checks sent by my bank and I emailed them a copy. I have called them several times and today they claimed that they sent me a refund but I find this hard to believe since they deposited the check for $74.10 on Mar. 17. Now they are saying they will have to look into this matter and to call them at the end of the month. All I want is for them to refund the $74.10 which was sent in error and is an over payment. Please help.

      The only calls I have on this acct. is on 05/09/2023 and 05/17/2023 I submitted refund paperwork for processing they are not processed until the end of each month, know this patient should receive a refund check within the end of June or beginning of July in the mail. Attempted to call patient back about the refund and went straight to voicemail and left message.
