    This company is racist. I was discriminated against and refused rental multiple times after the company moved to the Donelson Pike location.
    The 1st time I inquired about a rental the guy Brandon kept saying he’d send me a quote via email but he never did. We we back and forth for about two weeks until I finally gave up and found a rental somewhere else. On my 2nd attempt I went online and was able to reserve a 15 passenger for my family and I to travel to my step father’s funeral; It said that the deposit was $250, so I booked the sprinter, received a confirmation and then a little while later I received a email from Nashville Van Rentals saying that it was a glitch in their system and they did not have the vehicle available and that my money would be refunded. So I checked my card account and not only did they deduct the $250 deposit but they deducted the entire rental amount as well, not even deducting the $250 from the total. I sent them an email letting them know that I would be contacting BBB. I believe that after they seen my name, phone number and email and after realizing it was me they decided to cancel my reservation. I believe they are racist, I do not believe their was a glitch in their system, most companies would at least try to accommodate in some way if their was and this one did not. Not to mention my money has not been refunded as of yet.
