    Bought a 2000 **** Ranger truck. They had it in the shop working on it so they knew about the issues the truck had. Somebody put stop leak in the coolant system. After a couple months of buying it, it caked up my coolant system. I had to replace everything even the blown head gasket that was covered up. They changed the oil so they knew. They are nothing but a big cheat!!! My mechanic use to work there and he believes they rolled the milage back. He quit because of the way they were doing things. This place needs to be shut down!!! They should not be allowed to sell cars. I hope karma kicks the rear that did this to me. They are nothing but a legal scam!!!

    I began to suspect the technicians were not rotating my tires on my ford ranger every time I purchased ‘The Works’ package. This afternoon I marked my tires before having my truck serviced and mentioned to the service adviser I was worried my tires hadn’t been getting rotated. After giving this dealer one last opportunity to make things right, my truck was returned to me without having my tires rotated. My service advisor asked the technician if they had rotated my tires and the service technician told the advisor that he felt rushed and admitted to not rotating my tires. Many of their service technicians are defrauding customers for services they are promised/paid for.

    Total Rip Off , classic bait and switch. Told me the new truck was $5000 more because of the color. They add $1900 to every vehicle for ** ceramic coating.

    Terrible experience. I wanted an f150 with the onboard 7.2 kW generator to power my RV. That was the first thing I said in my text initially and also when I spoke with the salesmen Isiah and Brandon. They showed me a truck that seemed to have everything I wanted including the onboard generator. When I had my truck appraised the manager said he heard a noise he said the turbo boost. The engine light had come on earlier but I had it checked at ******* **** and they told me it was the fuel cap and the light did go out. He offered $15,500 for the truck in trade and said if I needed to replace the turbo it would cost $7500! I really liked the truck so I went ahead and paid cash for it and went home. The next day I went to look at the Powerboost and realized it was not the 7.2 kW but the basic lower powered one which was not sufficient for my needs. I took the truck back and they said they had made a mistake and would give me my truck back and cut a check Monday since it was Saturday. I then went to 2 other dealers both of which appraised my truck for $19000 and said nothing about the turbo going bad.When I returned on Monday the person who told me that was not there and the manager told me my check hadn’t cleared and that I needed to wait 3-5 days to get my money back.All a series of honest mistakes or did they think they had found a sucker to take advantage of? I’ve put a deposit on a new truck from another dealer and will never use Wyatt Johnson again. I would urge you to do likewise.

    I called to set up an appointment on the 20th of March. My ford Explorer I bought from them in February 2023. I needed to get a price for replacing my keyless entry panel. I though that I would give them an another opportunity to service my car. I had a nightmare with their collision center. So hadn't planned on using them again. But I bought the car there so tried to be a loyal customer and was going to try them again. Now I called yesterday morning at about 8 Am or so and here I am waiting for a call back to get a price on vehicle repair. To late now it's already fixed. Repaired at ******* in Smyrna. Had me in and out in just a few hours. That's where I'm going. Very reasonable. Charged me 590.67 including tax and replacing a back up bulb. I'm sure I would have paid over 800.00 at your shop. So I should think you for making me go elsewhere and to save a lot of money. ******* sure knows how to treat their customers.

    I have had the worst dealing with this car lot. Not only did they run my credit and try to get me financed without my permission ( I already had financing when I came to them). I had so many hard inquiries from that… which I was going to seek legal action, but they give me a discount on my car. But now it’s another issue. I have a recall on my car for two different issues. The first recall they had my car for three days just sitting at their shop not being repaired. I had to get a renal just so my car could sit and not be repaired. So when they told me the parts was in for my second recall I asked them could I drop off my car the day they can repair it because I can’t afford to get a rental for days again just for them to have my car sitting and not being repaired. I was told a date and was told it would be repaired all in that same day. I had also paid for 4 oil changes when I purchased my car so I ask could I get the oil change that same day as well. I was told yes I would be able to get it all done in one day and I would be able to pick up my car at the end of the day. Not only have they not touched my car but they didn’t even do the oil change. The service person who I talked to on the phone say no it’s not a one day job but why should I have to get a rental just for them to do an oil change and why didn’t anyone say that when I dropped off my car. I’m going to request a refund for my oil changes I have already paid for but knowing how shady this company has been to me already I’m pretty sure they will come up with an excuse not to give me a refund. At this point i don’t even want the recalled part fixed I just want to be done with this business since my car is paid in full.

    I can not give Wyatt Johnson Zero for customer service or fixing my car. All I have to say is a dead dog would have been better. Took my car to Wyatt Johnson 3days straight, still not fixed a bunch of liars. Service manager has the worst attitude.

    Wyatt Johnson is a fraud of company. We took a car to get repair there and they make you sign a letter that if you don't get your car fixed they charge you storage! When you sign the form there is no amount on it and an ADMIN fee 275 and $1400 FOR STORAGE which is complete robbery and we were waiting on our insurance. This is insane and not fee. I can't tell you enough how unfair and just this is. I feel this place will scam you and charge you and NOT EVEN FIX YOUR VEHCILE. DON'T GO THERE!

    I purchased a new 2021 Ford Explorer from Wyatt Johnson Ford in Nashville Tennessee. The vehicle has 4,500 miles. My service engine light came on, the vehicle is still under factory warranty. I took the car in for service and was told that they were funning 3 to 4 weeks behind for service engine repairs. I attempted to make an appointment on line but was unsuccessful. I went back to Wyatt Johnson the next week and was told by the service department the same thing 3 to 4 weeks and I had to leave the vehicle with them. A store manager said he would have the service manger call me the next day and he did call only to tell me that I could bring the vehicle in and he could run a diagnostic test on it and tell me what was wrong because something made the light come on such as plugs, cracked manifold or other issues but could not fix it at this time or I could take the vehicle to **** ****. I told him that the Ford Pass had already alerted me and diagnosed the problem as a Bank 2 sensor. I eventually had to take my vehicle out of county to another Ford dealership. I was able to make an appointment and had my vehicle the next day, I will not be doing business with Wyatt Johnson Ford Nashville again.

    This is by far one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. They are dishonest and show utter disregard for their clients. Sitting in a dealership for hours being told that as soon as the finance manager would come available, he would be able to get financed and then it was all done only to find out hours later, but that’s not the case.
