I have been with the Rutherford branch for years. Debbie, who is beyond phenomenal, opened my accounts and worked with my aging parents for years!
I recently needed a loan and my Loan Officer is Marcus V******. He's professional, extremely busy, yet makes you feel like you are his only customer. I had some paperwork that needed signing by a certain date. I had a family situation and he took his lunch hour and came to my house so we wouldn't miss our date . Kelly is my personal teller and she's the best! I go in vs. drive through to visit. Would never switch banks! In 2010, they had a surprise 90th birthday party, at the bank, for my dad. When my mom was sick, Debbie came by with a really soft Pinnacle blanket. They go the extra mile. If you want to feel valued, Pinnacle at Rutherford is the place!

had been doing business for 25 years with a **** ***** bank. Pinnacle bought them out and it almost put me out of business because they’re cutthroat and will not hesitate to take your property with no attempt at contact. They are crooked as they can be. I was just shocked I miss the local bank feel because they are the big Bank guys that’s all there is to it. “lowdown”Pinnacle Financial Partners
