      I have been locked out of my account for several months. I've clicked on every link (they all reroute back to the main website), tried calling every number (they all reroute me back to the main website) and when I go to "Forgot My Password" I never receive an email. I am not receiving book royalties and am unable to update any information. I was speaking to customer service on a separate issue in March 2023 but have received no response in spite of multiple attempts to reach out. I just need someone to let me back into my account so that I can update my information and begin receiving my book royalties.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I would like to rescind my complaint ID ******** because the email I was emailing them from was not working and I only found out after I sent the company the complaint. I would like to give them an opportunity to resolve this issue since they would not have received any of my previous emails. 

      This resolution is satisfactory to me.
